I'm a keen reader of your stories and the thing I've always enjoyed most is the element of humour (however dark) you always manage to inject. This time I get a very different feeling. This is most definately mvourvourite opening chapter for anything you've written - the pathos you brought out in the first hundred words hooked me in a way that none of your other stories have. I will be checking religiously for updates base on the opening lines alone.
I have no idea where you are going with this tale. I imagine that sex will rear its head ate poe point and I'm intrigued by the hows of that. But it's the hints of Spike's past and his loneliness that make me want more.
You've written well defined characters in all your fics so I know I won't be disappointed (like I have a right LOL) and I am waiting on tenter hooks to read more.

I cant wait for the next part!
