This story was truly amazing. I didn't think there would be any way for those two to be together in the end. The 'murder' was graphic but so captivating I was glued to my chair and didn't take my eyes from the screen until it was over. It was just wonderful. I wish Angel would have been carted off to jail or something. Death was too easy for him. Losing all him power and money...that would have 'bro him him. This was a wonderful...wonderful fic.

This is without a doubt one of the best Spuffy stories (and one of the best AUs) I've read in along time. I've read and enjoyed several of your other stories and, while I enjoy the fun plots and the porn, this one really shows you your talents as a writer. You did a great job describing Spike's loneliness and his developing relationship w/ Buffy. The scenes of Spike's life before the murder were especially well done and the murder scene itself was scary and graphic and horrible. Seeing it all through Buffy's eyes made it that much more poignent. I'm also amazed that you came up with such a unique plot for an AU. Buffy and Spike go to high school can be fun and everything, but it's nice to read a story that's more than that. The love scenes between Buffy and Spike were so sweet- I'm glad you didn't make the story as porntastic as some of your others. And thanks for the happy ending!
