Ooh Giles. Can't wait to find out what the conversation will be with him! I'm loving Spike's random Xander endearments. "The boy really was adorable, if you went for that sort of thing." *Sigh* So sweet, in a Spike sort of way. And I'm also loving all of Xander's conflicting emotions. Does he lust for Spike? Is it wrong? Is it normal? How can he come to terms with being 'property'? Poor Xan. Love the angst. Great job!

You know, much as I'm loving the Spike/Xander interaction (and boy, howdy! am I loving it!!!) when is the Scooby gang going to figure out that Xander's nowhere to be seen? AND they have their mystical whatever to stop the latest apocolypse? And someone remembers the details of the bargain to GET them the mystical whatever?
Or is this going to be another example of "we only notice Xander when we need something fixed". I'm kind of hoping the Scoobys show up to "rescue" Xander from Spike, only to have Xander tell them where to go, and how to get there.
